Creation of blog texts according to SEO specifications
These days, anyone can generate content. In fact, it’s never been faster.
But for many businesses, the vital ingredient is missing: a definitive strategic foundation.
Without it, content is just noise. It feels generic and rarely achieves its intended goals.
This is where I come in.
I help companies clarify their communication strategy—creating the essential groundwork for content and copy that truly resonates.
If you feel your content isn’t achieving the desired impact, it may be time to review your strategic foundation.
Dr. Nadja Hadek
I develop the basis for clear and consistent communication: positioning, key messaging, tone of voice, and content structure.
This ensures that communication functions as an effective, cohesive system.
Based on this foundation, I create tangible content concepts: website structures, content formats, editorial calendars, and communication guidelines.
This makes strategy actionable—and sustainable in day-to-day business.
I develop content and copy rooted in a clear strategic foundation—for websites, trade media, PR placements, and other derived communication formats.
The result is content that is clear, substantive, and works within the broader context of your business goals.
How I Work
Effective communication doesn’t start with writing.
It begins long before that.
We examine your current position:
positioning, target audiences, and existing content.
What is already defined—and where is a strategic foundation still required?
Building on this, I develop a clear communicative direction:
key messaging, structure, tone of voice, and content priorities.
This creates a consistent framework for all your content moving forward.

The next step is to make the strategy concrete:
website structures, content formats, or editorial guidelines.
This ensures communication is not only coherent—but also effective.
On request, I can oversee the implementation or take on key content pieces myself.
My goal is always to ensure that strategic quality remains visible throughout the final execution.
If you’re considering how this could work for your business, let’s talk.
My background is in writing. And I realised early on: great content is born from clarity.
With over 25 years of experience in editorial and corporate communication, I have seen how content is created—and why so much of it fails to make an impact.
Often, what’s missing is a strategic foundation:
What do we stand for? What do we really want to say? And who are we speaking to?
This is exactly where I come in.
My approach has also been shaped by my academic work.
During my doctorate, I learned how to dissect complex topics, structure them, and get straight to the point.
This mindset still defines my method today: analytical, precise, and with a sharp focus on what truly matters.
Well-established processes characterise my work with regular customers. For many, I am an integral part of their team as a freelancer and always come into play when the need arises.
Collaboration on numerous joint customer projects: Flyers, website texts, invitation cards, vouchers, etc.
Journalistic articles for Bayerisch-Schwäbische Wirtschaft, the magazine of the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce
Development and expansion of the brand presence for the DACH market: website, social media, catalogues, newsletters and more
Regular input: Creation of specialist articles, advertorials, website texts, etc., in English and German
Creation of a brochure on field and wayside crosses, including research and conceptual development
Working with Nadja is always straightforward and reliable. She contributes her own ideas, thinks proactively, and has an excellent instinct for how to present our business in a way that is professional, modern, and personable. We particularly appreciate how quickly she understands what matters to us and how smoothly every project is delivered.
We are very happy to have Nadja for our expansion into the DACH market! She always delivers the German and sometimes also the English texts for our catalogues and texts for newsletters, websites, etc., very quickly.
Since 2019 Nadja has supported me in writing sales pages, blog articles and other website texts. The texts are always of the highest quality, and I never have to wait long for them. Her friendly, easygoing and courteous manner makes collaborating with her all the more enjoyable.
We’ve enjoyed a trusting and productive working relationship with Nadja for many years. We particularly value her outstanding reliability, flexibility, and creative input, all of which have significantly strengthened our marketing. What’s also impressive is her genuine interest in our products and their applications; she takes the time to fully understand how our products function, ensuring that the content she creates is not only visually engaging but also technically accurate. Throughout every project, it’s clear how much passion and commitment she brings to her work.
My website has had a complete refresh, both in its content and its look. That’s because, over the past few years, the focus of my work has gradually evolved from copywriting to strategic communications consultancy. The new website brings this evolution to light.
What hasn’t changed? My passion for well-crafted writing. What has become an even greater part of my work is everything that comes before the writing: bringing structure to communications, sharpening key messages and finding the right words for the organisation, the audience and the occasion.
I’m delighted to see my website finally reflecting this new direction.

My client singold gerätetechnik has spent the last few months deep in development – and the hard work has paid off. They have just unveiled the “Knocker to go”, an innovative new solution that brings total flexibility to pneumatic knockers. It is incredibly straightforward, highly versatile and a real game-changer for the industry.
I’m thrilled to have handled the communications for the launch and written the PR copy, including this trade feature.

My voluntary editorial work for KUKI Express shares a surprising amount of DNA with my professional daily life. While the subject matter differs and our collaboration is more personal and heartfelt than most corporate environments, the same principle holds true for community work: it is never enough to “simply post content.” Instead, the focus must always be on understanding what truly interests our audience, crafting content that resonates, and ensuring our stories are genuinely heard.
As Editor-in-Chief of KUKI Express — the online publication for the KUKI e. V. association — I oversee story development, provide editorial feedback, sub-edit contributions, and manage content for the CMS. Ultimately, I am navigating the same questions that define corporate communications: Who are we trying to reach? Which topics truly strike a chord? And how do we frame our stories to keep the reader engaged until the very end?
What I find most rewarding is collaborating with an editorial team I helped establish — a group of like-minded individuals who share my passion for music, culture, and the art of a great story.

A new blog post. An updated website. One LinkedIn post after another. Many businesses work continuously on their content—and yet, the impact often remains limited. This is rarely due to the individual pieces of content themselves, but rather because they are not connected to one another. In practice, content is…
Businesses invest time and budget into content—and then wonder why it fails to achieve the desired impact. The obvious explanation is that the copy isn’t good enough. However, the true cause usually lies elsewhere. The content itself is rarely the problem; what’s missing is a strategic foundation. Too often, work…
Businesses usually have a lot to say: about their services, their values, and their experience. Yet, all too often, very little sticks with the reader. This is rarely due to a lack of content or poor phrasing. More often, it is because it isn’t clear what is actually being communicated.…
The business model of online platforms for cheap texts is no longer working. Entire order segments have recently collapsed. The reason for this is AI tools for text creation, such as ChatGPT, are rapidly expanding from the lower quality level into areas with higher requirements. Can they really save costs?…
There are many copywriters, as the job title is not defined or protected in any way. Accordingly, there are no training standards that copywriters have to fulfil. So how do you separate the wheat from the chaff? Of course, there are career changers who can write well, but you have…
Copywriters are like so many other things in life: What you buy cheaply, you might end up buying twice. Many students and career changers earn extra money or pocket money by writing texts. For some types of text, the quality level may be sufficient, for example, if you want to…
If you only consider the output per working hour, an external writer is more expensive than a permanent copywriter at first glance. However, this impression is quickly put into perspective. After all, you only bring in an external writer when you need them –– and the rest of the time…
Would you like to publish content regularly (for example, in a blog or as a press release), but due to capacity bottlenecks it is often not possible to publish the texts with the desired frequency? An editorial plan with pre-defined topics is an ideal prerequisite for working with an external…
People are often ‘operationally blind’ to their own texts. Most people are strongly focused on the content: Is everything I’m writing factually correct? Have I processed all the important information? Is my line of argument clear? It’s easy to lose sight of the language. The four-eyes principle is helpful here:…
When a client asks me to write a press release, I first ask: Why? You need a good hook if the press release is not only to be written and sent, but also read and, ideally, used by journalists for their reporting. The ‘why’ for a press release must be…
Many people have to give a speech or address from time to time, e.g. as a managing director, board member of an organisation or at a wedding. Most of us don’t feel particularly comfortable with this task. As a speechwriter, I can help! I won’t be able to recite the…
The first blog in history, even if the terms ‘blog’ or ‘weblog’ didn’t exist back then, appeared in November 1990. Since then, this text form has experienced an astonishing career. Unlike most journalistic text forms, it is characterised by the subjective colouring of the author. Regardless of whether it is…
